Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) seed extract 100 mg (derived from minimum dry seed 10 g, standardised to contain 4-hydroxy isoleucine [4HIL] 20 mg); Momordica charantia (Bitter Melon) fruit extract 92.3 mg (derived from dry fruit 600 mg); Cinnamomum verum (Cinnamon) stem bark extract 83.3 mg (derived from dry stem bark 1 g); Nigella sativa (Black Cumin) seed extract 100 mg (derived from dry seed 500 mg).

Adults: 1 tablet 3 times daily.

No Added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanut, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, corn, egg, sesame seeds, artificial sweeteners, colours, or flavours.


Suitable for Vegans.

  • Contraindicated during pregnancy and for those with an allergy to Fenugreek, Cinnamon, Peruvian Balsam, or peanuts.
