Each 1mL serve contains: Thiamin as thiamine HCl 12mg, riboflavin as riboflavin-5-phosphate 3.6mg, niacin as niacin and niacinamide 10mg, vitamin B6 as pyridoxine HCl 6.7mg, folate as calcium folinate 850mcg DFE, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin 500mcg, biotin 500mcg, pantothenic acid as calcium d-pantothenate 125mg, phosphatidylcholine from highly purified phospholipids, milk thistle seed extract and trimethylglycine as betaine.

Take 2 pumps, equal to 1mL, by mouth. Hold in the mouth for 30–90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or use as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals.

Water, glycerin, ethanol, tocofersolan, EDTA as preservative, natural flavourings, natural citrus oils and natural mixed tocopherols.
