Each 2mL serve, equal to 4 pumps, contains: Milk Thistle Seed Extract standardised to 80% Silymarin 30mg.

Take 1–4 pumps by mouth. Hold in the mouth for 30–90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or use as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals.
