Adult dose, age 10+: Take 1 level scoop, 6g, daily.

Child dose, age 4–9: Take ½ level scoop, 3g, daily.

Mix into a large glass of water and consume immediately, or use as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Glycine, sunflower lecithin, malic acid, medium chain triglycerides, acacia, colloidal anhydrous silica, d-alpha-tocopherol, natural orange flavour and stevia rebaudiana.

Incidental minor excipients: sodium ascorbate, dl-alpha-tocopherol, spray-dried glucose syrup, maize starch, maltodextrin and silicon dioxide.

If pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects.

Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.

This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Do not use if the tamper evidence seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
