Bifidobacterium longum BB536 (5 billion CFU), Bifidobacterium breve M-16V (3 billion CFU), Bifidobacterium infantis M-63 (500 million CFU), Bifidobacterium lactis BI-04 (2 billion CFU), Bifidobacterium lactis HN019 (2 billion CFU), Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001 (6 billion CFU), Lactobacillus paracasei Lpc-37 (5.5 billion CFU), Lactobacillus salivarius ssp. salivarius Ls-33 (3 billion CFU), and Lactobacillus casei Lc-11 (3 billion CFU) per 1 g scoop.

Adult Dose: Recommended Doses: Mix the following recommended quantities (1 included scoop is approx.1g or ½ metric 5ml teaspoon) into liquid or solid foods and consume immediately: Infants (3-12 months): 1/2 scoop daily Adults: 1 scoop daily Or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.
