Each soft capsule contains: Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn® zinc bisglycinate) 120 mg (equivalent zinc 24 mg); Trifolium pratense (Red clover) dry flowering herb extract 300 mg (derived from minimum fresh flowering herb 24 g, standardised to isoflavones 60 mg); Urtica dioica (Nettle) dry root extract 240 mg (derived from dry root 2.4 g); Serenoa repens (Saw palmetto) dry fruit extract 320 mg (derived from minimum dry fruit 3.2 g, standardised to fatty acids 288 mg).

Adults: Take 1 soft capsule daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
