This formulation delivers a synergistic blend of concentrated herbal extracts and vitamin D to support metabolic, inflammatory, and hormonal balance. It includes Camellia sinensis (green tea) leaf extract (50 mg) equivalent to 1.625 g dry leaf, Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice) root extract (156.25 mg) equivalent to 1.25 g dry root, Mentha spicata (spearmint) leaf extract (60 mg) equivalent to 600 mg dry leaf, Nigella sativa (black seed) extract (66.67 mg) equivalent to 1 g dry seed, Paeonia lactiflora (white peony) root extract (62.5 mg) equivalent to 1.25 g dry root, and Trigonella foenum-graecum (fenugreek) seed extract (100 mg) equivalent to 1 g dry seed, complemented by vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 12.5 mcg, providing a well-rounded, practitioner-grade botanical blend.


Take one capsule twice daily with water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.


Acacia, carrageenan, colloidal anhydrous silica, dl-alpha-tocopherol, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maize starch, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, mono- and di-glycerides, potassium acetate, purified water, silicon dioxide, sodium ascorbate, sucrose.
