Per serve provides N-acetyl-L-tyrosine 500 mg, supplied as either one capsule (500 mg per capsule) or one 1.25 mL scoop of powder (approximately 500 mg; refer to the product label for exact scoop equivalence).

  • Common dosage range (either format): 400 mg – 2 g per day. Begin at the low end and increase only if required under practitioner guidance.
  • Dividing daily doses may assist balanced and sustained metabolism, especially at higher intakes.
  • For long-term use, remain at the lowest effective dose.


Capsules — Hypromellose (vegetable capsule). Powder — flavoured base (e.g., monk fruit/berry flavouring); see label for full excipients.
