Shake It Body Composition Shake is a great-tasting, low-carbohydrate protein shake designed to support healthy body composition, muscle maintenance, sustained energy, and satiety. Made with a blend of whey and soy protein, it helps deliver balanced nutrition to support muscle growth and maintenance.

Shake It can be used alongside the Shake It Practitioner Weight Management Program as part of a nutritious diet and regular exercise. It is not intended to be used as a total diet replacement.

Delicious natural vanilla flavour that mixes easily with water.

Whey protein concentrate (from milk) (47%), soy protein isolate (43%), natural vanilla flavour (3%), natural butterscoth flavour (3%) resistant maltodextrin (MetaFibre®), steviol glycosides (natural sweetener).

Add 1 level scoop (27.7g) to 200mL of water and shake or blend well.
Consume 1 serve daily, or use a half serve (13.8g) twice daily as a snack between meals.
