Each tablet contains rehmannia root extract 300 mg (from 3 g dry root), prunella flower extract 150 mg (from 1.5 g dry flower), lemon balm leaf extract 250 mg (from 1 g dry leaf), and amla fruit extract 100 mg (from 500 mg dry fruit).

Adults: Take 1 tablet three times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
