Give Back Health Sleepatonin® contains Herbatonin®, a plant-based, bioidentical melatonin ingredient made from rice, alfalfa and chlorella. This oral powder is designed for practitioner-guided use where personalised sleep, circadian rhythm, jet lag or shift-work support may be required.

Each level 0.15mL scoop contains Herbatonin® 50mg, equivalent to melatonin 0.5mg.

Common dosage range:
Physiological: 30 mg – 80 mg
Jet lag/shift work: 100 mg – 300 mg

Add to water and take approximately 20–30 minutes before bed, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.

Free from gluten, corn, lactose, egg, sulfites, soy, tree nuts, magnesium stearate and maltodextrin. Vegan friendly.
