Crocus sativus (saffron) stigma dry concentrated extract 15 mg (equiv. 75 mg dry), Curcuma longa (turmeric) rhizome dry concentrated extract 250 mg (equiv. 7.81 g dry; curcuminoids 119 mg), and lavender oil 80 mg per capsule.

Adult Dose: Take 1 capsule daily, or for supporting healthy emotional balance take 2 capsules daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.
