Each vegetarian tablet contains:

Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root and rhizome extract 140 mg (derived from dry root and rhizome 700 mg); Passiflora incarnata (Passion Flower) herb extract 100 mg (derived from dry herb 500 mg); Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa (Spiny Jujube) seed extract 90 mg (derived from dry seed 900 mg).

Adults: Take one capsule 2 - 3 times daily.

Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycollate.

  • No added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg, sesame seeds, or artificial colours.
