BOSWELLIA COMPLEX FAQSCommon Questions About Boswellia Complex
What is Boswellia Complex used for?

Boswellia Complex is designed to support joint comfort, mobility, connective tissue health and a healthy inflammatory response. It may suit adults looking for herbal support for everyday movement and musculoskeletal wellbeing.

What herbs are in Boswellia Complex?

Boswellia Complex contains Boswellia gum oleoresin extract, Turmeric rhizome extract, Celery fruit extract and Ginger rhizome extract. These herbs are commonly used in practitioner-style formulas for joint, connective tissue and muscular comfort support.

What makes Boswellia Complex different from plain Boswellia?

Boswellia Complex combines Boswellia with Turmeric, Celery and Ginger. This gives the formula broader herbal support for joint mobility, connective tissue function, muscular comfort and a healthy inflammatory response than Boswellia alone.

Does Boswellia Complex support joint comfort?

Yes. Boswellia Complex is formulated to support joint comfort and mobility. It should be used alongside appropriate movement, healthy weight management, good nutrition and professional care where needed.

Why does Boswellia Complex include Turmeric?

Turmeric is included for its curcuminoid content and its role in supporting antioxidant activity and a healthy inflammatory response. In this formula, it complements Boswellia for broader musculoskeletal support.

Why does Boswellia Complex include Celery and Ginger?

Celery and Ginger are included to support joint and muscular comfort as part of the broader herbal blend. Ginger is also traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support muscular comfort.

How do I take Boswellia Complex?

Adults should take 1 tablet, 2–4 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Always follow the directions on the label and avoid exceeding the recommended intake.

Who should avoid or seek advice before using Boswellia Complex?

Do not use Boswellia Complex if you are taking nifedipine unless advised by a qualified healthcare practitioner. Speak with a healthcare professional before use if you take blood-thinning medicines, crizotinib, tacrolimus, talinolol or etoricoxib, or if you have an increased risk of bleeding.

Is Boswellia Complex suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a medical condition, speak with a qualified healthcare practitioner before using Boswellia Complex. Herbal joint formulas should be used carefully in these situations.

Are there any surgery, allergen or storage cautions?

Discontinue Boswellia Complex 7 days before general anaesthesia unless your healthcare professional advises otherwise. It is vegan friendly and has no added gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, corn, egg, sesame seeds, artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours. Store as directed on the label and keep out of reach of children.
