Ingredients (per serving):Cinnamomum verum (true cinnamon) extract, equivalent to 2.5 g dried bark. Myo-inositol 2 g. Magnesium (as citrate) 160 mg. Chromium provided as chromium chloride 75 µg and chromium picolinate 25 µg. Manganese (as sulphate) 2 mg. Zinc (as citrate) 10 mg. Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B₆) 20.55 mg. Biotin 1.5 mg.


Take 1 level teaspoon (3.75g) twice daily, with the two largest meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
