Directions (gentle progression)
- Psyllium: Start 1/4–1/2 tsp in water/porridge daily. Increase slowly every 3–5 days if comfortable.
- PHGG: Begin 1–2 g daily with food. Increase gradually, watching for gas/urgency.
- L-Glutamine: Trial 2–3 g once daily in water on an empty stomach; increase only if well tolerated.
- Magnesium glycinate: Evening serve with/after dinner.
