Nutritional information (per serving; 90 servings per container):Matricaria chamomilla (German chamomile) flower 2 g. Melissa officinalis (lemon balm) leaf 2 g. Carum carvi (caraway) seed 600 mg. Foeniculum vulgare (fennel) seed 400 mg. Cynara scolymus (globe artichoke) leaf extract equivalent to 2 g fresh leaf.


Adults and children over 12 years take one capsule three times a day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.


Maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silica, calcium hydrogen phosphate, vegetable capsule (hypromellose).
