Ascorbic acid 1.56 g, magnesium ascorbate monohydrate 112 mg (equiv. 100 mg ascorbic acid and 6.94 mg magnesium), calcium ascorbate dihydrate 537 mg (equiv. 441 mg ascorbic acid and 50.5 mg calcium), sodium ascorbate 310 mg (equiv. 274 mg ascorbic acid), liposomal ascorbic acid (ZEAL®) 125 mg, selenomethionine 37.3 mcg (equiv. 15.8 mcg selenium), zinc citrate dihydrate 15.6 mg (equiv. 5.0 mg zinc), rutoside trihydrate 136 mg (equiv. 125 mg rutoside), citrus bioflavonoid extract 125 mg, and d-alpha tocopheryl succinate 41.3 mg (equiv. 50 IU d-alpha-tocopherol) per 5 g dose.
