Each capsule contains: Serine 100 mg; Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (Vitamin B6) 40 mg; Riboflavin sodium phosphate (riboflavin 5-phosphate sodium) 27 mg (equivalent to riboflavin [Vitamin B2] 20 mg); Mecobalamin (co-methylcobalamin, Vitamin B12) 1000 micrograms; Levomefolate calcium 541 micrograms (equivalent to levomefolic acid [5-methyltetrahydrofolate] 500 micrograms).
