Each 0.33mL serve, equal to 2 pumps, contains: Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin 1000mcg.

Take 1–2 pumps in the mouth daily. Hold in the mouth for 30–90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or use as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals.
