Matricaria chamomilla flower extract 1 mL (derived from dry flower 500 mg); Melissa officinalis leaf extract 108 mg (derived from dry leaf 650 mg); Passiflora incarnata herb extract 280 mg (derived from dry herb 1.4 g); Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa seed extract 300 mg (derived from dry seed 3 g).

Adults: 1 tablet 3 times daily (can increase to 2 tablets TDS)

Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, and silicon dioxide

No Added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg, sesame seeds, artificial colours.
