Each 10 mL provides colloidal anhydrous silica (equiv. silicon) 280 mg, biotin 3 mg, selenium (as selenomethionine) 25 mcg, and zinc (as zinc citrate dihydrate) 25 mg, naturally sweetened with stevia.

SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Take in water or juice.

Adults and children over 12 years: Take **10mL daily**, with food, or as directed by your health professional.
