Zinc amino acid chelate 90 mg (equiv. zinc 18 mg), zinc ascorbate monohydrate 79.5 mg (equiv. ascorbic acid 64.2 mg, equiv. zinc 12 mg), total elemental zinc 30 mg; ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 50 mg (total vitamin C 114.2 mg); d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate (vitamin E) 41.3 mg (equiv. vitamin E 50 IU); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 40 mg (equiv. pyridoxine 33 mg); Dunaliella salina extract 26.7 mg (equiv. carotenoids calculated as beta-carotene 2 mg); manganese amino acid chelate 10 mg (equiv. manganese 2 mg); selenomethionine 65 microgram (equiv. selenium 26 microgram).

Adults: 1 tablet daily.


Ascorbyl palmitate, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, crospovidone, gelatin, hypromellose, lecithin, macrogol 3000, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, mixed (low-alpha type) tocopherols concentrate, polyvinyl alcohol, purified talc, silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycollate, soya oil, sucrose, titanium dioxide, water.

No added: Gluten, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg, sesame seeds, or artificial colours.

  • This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
  • Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
  • If taking tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, biphosphonates (osteoporosis drugs), or thyroid hormone, separate doses by at least 2 hours.
  • Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
  • Contains trace amounts of sulphur dioxide. Gelatin naturally contains phenylalanine. Caution patients sensitive to phenylalanine.
  • Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
  • If patient symptoms persist, seek additional professional advice.
